Director Canadian Strategic Planning

Shape Kia Canada’s strategic direction through strategic planning and commercial performance leadership across the Canadian automotive market.As Director, Strategic Planning, you will translate global objectives into Canadian strategies. The mandate spans business plans, product portfolios, digital mobility, electrification, and regulatory readiness. You will guide growth, profitability, competitiveness, and long-term business success.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Canadian strategic planning, annual plans, and long-term prioritiesAdvise executives on trends, opportunities, profitability, and competitionOversee budgets, investments, business cases, and performance metricsDirect product positioning, pricing, specifications, and lifecycle planningPresent recommendations and performance updates to executive leadershipRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, economics, engineering, or related fieldMBA preferred10–15+ years’ progressive automotive industry experienceExperience leading strategic initiatives, product portfolios, and cross-functional projectsKnowledge of Canadian automotive pricing, residual values, electrification, and regulationsLead Kia Canada’s strategic planning agenda with automotive expertise, financial acumen, product insight, and executive communication.
