Requirements: • OAA Licensed Architect with 5+ years in residential sector • Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup • Strong grasp of OBC Parts 3 and 9 • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities • Preferred: LEED or Passive House accreditation
