Lead BDO’s security operations with expertise in threat detection and incident response, directing cybersecurity protection for systems, data, and digital assets.As Senior Manager, Security Operations, you will lead the security operations function and its strategic direction. The position oversees monitoring, threat management, incident response, and operational security processes. You will manage risk, strengthen capabilities, and guide security professionals protecting BDO’s enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:
Establish security operations direction, processes, and service delivery standardsOversee monitoring and threat detection capabilitiesDirect incident investigation, containment, recovery, and reviewsManage providers, technology partners, and internal relationshipsBuild, coach, and develop a high-performing security teamRequirements:
Degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experienceExperience leading, developing, and mentoring cybersecurity teamsKnowledge of incident response, vulnerability management, and cyber defenseExperience securing complex enterprise and cloud environmentsBring senior cybersecurity leadership, operational risk management, and incident response expertise to BDO’s security operations function.
