Pay : $100,000 - $120,000 CAD + comission

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Product Growth Manager for a leading AI SEO platform. The role of a PGM is to work between the customers and product teams to ensure customers are getting the most out of all of our products and upselling them to using our full suite. The PGMs will meet with their customers on a regular basis, be their main human point of contact at the company and work with the product team to build solutions to help their customers grow faster and get more from our products.

This role really sits at the intersection of what is traditionally seen as Product and Account Manager and the PGM is expected to contribute to both. The career path for a PGM is to eventually be on the product and engineering team

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High IQ
• Strong work ethic
• Generalist profile
• Startup experience or Consulting experience
• Great problem solving capabilities
• The PGM should be very comfortable using AI tools like Codex and Claude code as they will be building a lot of solutions themselves
