The Building Superintendent's main responsibility will be daily cleaning of all common areas, minor maintenance in the units, unit turnovers, garbage, and recycling. There will be no office or Tribunal responsibilities. The building superintendent will be required to live on site and be part of a two-person team with responsibilities at both buildings.Handling the general custodial duties and maintenance of the property that ensures that floors, common areas, elevators and staircases are clean.
