Global Commercial Excellence Leader Mccain
McCain Foods
McCain seeks a global commercial excellence leader to build RGM capability, guide transformation, and connect regional growth opportunities across its business.As Senior Director, you will lead a global team within McCain’s Revenue Growth Management Centre of Excellence. Translate value pools into business cases, embed RGM principles in planning and governance, and strengthen enterprise-wide commercial discipline. Collaborate across global functions and regional organizations without direct authority.Key Responsibilities:
Lead global RGM capability-building through coaching and practical trainingCreate playbooks, tools, and advanced analytics supportIdentify and monitor revenue growth opportunities and value poolsEmbed RGM into planning, S&OP, and innovation processesDrive alignment across regions and global functionsRequirements:
Master’s degree or MBA preferredMinimum five years of leadership experienceLarge-scale global transformation program management experienceExperience across Retail, Foodservice, and QSR channelsExperience partnering with IT and Digital teamsLead McCain’s global commercial capability agenda through transformation leadership, stakeholder influence, and revenue growth management expertise.
