Experienced Remote Senior Tax Manager

Join a leading firm as a remote Senior Tax Manager where you will develop strategic tax solutions and guide talented teams. This role focuses on optimizing tax service delivery and client relations. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while mentoring your team to achieve high performance. Additionally, you will conduct technical research, manage the financial aspects of engagements, and spot new business opportunities. Leading practice development initiatives will enhance both team dynamics and service quality in this role. Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement effective tax planning strategies
Execute technical research and suggest tax recommendations
Manage various tax service client portfolios
Review and ensure the quality of staff tax work
Recognize and cultivate new service opportunities

Requirements:

CPA or equivalent professional experience
Completion of the In-Depth Tax Program
Minimum two years as a tax manager
Strong background in public practice accounting
Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships
