Expert Highway Designer for WSP

Lead the charge in highway innovation with WSP as an Expert Highway Designer. Position yourself at the forefront of Ontario's infrastructure projects shaping tomorrow's transportation. As a Senior Highway Designer, your role encompasses leading key projects and mentoring future engineers. You will leverage your 10+ years of experience in highway and drainage design to enhance project strategies and execution. Shape policies that ensure compliance with Ontario standards while fostering a culture of innovation within the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical excellence in highway and drainage design
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
- Connect with clients to drive successful strategies
- Empower proposals for future-ready infrastructure projects
- Guide junior staff to develop essential skills in design
- Civil Engineering degree or diploma required
- 10-20+ years in roadway design (MTO experience preferred)
- P.Eng or C.E.T. designation is a must
- Proven experience in Design-Build/P3 methodologies
- Strong decision-making and project management skills
