Senior Investment Technology Business Analyst

AIMCo

Translate investment management needs into technology solutions as a Senior Business Analyst supporting AIMCo’s cross-functional DevOps team. Apply requirements analysis and stakeholder facilitation across delivery.This experienced Business Analyst partners with investment, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders. You will document requirements, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, use cases, and user stories. Your analysis supports initiatives spanning investment accounting, settlements, reconciliations, valuations, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive alignment on business needsAnalyze process, data, and technology issues and recommend solutionsCreate backlogs, features, acceptance criteria, and user storiesSupport design, testing, implementation, and deployment activitiesDevelop test scenarios and support User Acceptance TestingRequirements:
Five or more years in Business Analysis or related rolesInvestment management, pensions, capital markets, or financial services experienceKnowledge of investment lifecycle and back-office processesExperience documenting requirements and functional specificationsWorking knowledge of Agile and DevOps delivery methodologiesBring investment management knowledge, analytical problem-solving, and delivery leadership to AIMCo’s Senior Business Analyst team.
