Cashier and Pizza Maker

Job Responsibility:

Position Overview: As a Cashier at Pizza Hut, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and efficiently handling transactions at the point of sale. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by accurately processing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices and placing orders.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) system to process orders, payments, and refunds accurately.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
• Ensure compliance with all Pizza Hut operational standards and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Upsell additional menu items and promotions to increase sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
