Business Transformation Strategy Consultant

Shape Lenovo business transformation through opportunity sizing and financial modeling in Morrisville, collaborating across global functions and time zones.This Strategic Transformation Consultant translates complex business challenges into defensible recommendations, executable interventions, and measurable value. Working in the Transformation Management Office, you will combine external perspective, quantitative analysis, and commercial judgment. The work includes scenarios, sensitivities, value bridges, operating-model design, and executive decision materials.Key Responsibilities:
Quantify opportunities through scenarios and financial modelsDevelop answer-first recommendations with options and trade-offsCreate executive storylines, decision papers, and presentationsShape target-state operating models and initiative ownershipSupport transitions into coordinated deliveryRequirements:
Degree in business, strategy, finance, economics, engineering, or related fieldSeven or more years in consulting, strategy, transformation, or related workCommercial and financial fluencyBusiness-case development and opportunity-sizing experience preferredStrategic, commercial, operational, and financial judgmentBring financial fluency, business-case expertise, and strategic judgment to Lenovo’s transformation portfolio in North Carolina.
