Total Rewards
- $28.00 - $33.00 hourly
- 12 Months of contract position
- Transportation provided to base plant
- 5 days on / 2 days off
A Typical Day
- Document Control support worker responsible for routine document control work processes at Baseplant site.
- Supports enterprise Asset Information Management (AIM) by governing asset data, engineering records, and document control systems throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Ensures data quality, compliance, and operational readiness while supporting projects, managing EDMS processes, driving reporting and continuous improvement, and enabling stakeholder adoption through training and governance.
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Minimum high-school diploma, post secondary diploma not-mandatory.
- Prior experience in document control function 3-5 years experience.
- Proficient in use of standard computer applications (MS Suite, Sharepoint).
- Prior experience with document control platforms and demonstrated ability to learn and adapt similar tools.
- Required to be based in Fort McMurray, AB.
