Electrical Technical Market Development Director

Lead electrical market development and technical delivery for AtkinsRéalis in Central Canada across healthcare, education, and life sciences. Guide teams and strengthen client relationships.As Technical and Market Development Director, Electrical, you will shape growth and technical excellence within the Mechanical & Electrical department. This leadership role combines market development, project execution, team mentorship, and collaboration across defense and mission critical markets. You will support project portfolios while guiding engineers and designers.Key Responsibilities:
Develop key markets for Mechanical & Electrical disciplinesEngage clients and participate in Key Account Management meetingsCoordinate proposals and support strategic market planningProvide technical oversight for electrical project deliveryMentor, recruit, and develop engineers and designersRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringMinimum 15 years designing electrical building systemsRegistered Professional Engineer with PEOCAPM or PMP designationLeadership experience managing complex multidisciplinary projectsBring electrical engineering leadership, market development, and project management expertise to AtkinsRéalis across Central Canada’s diverse markets.
