Billing Operations Associate

As a Billing Operations Associate, you will contribute to the smooth and accurate execution of billing-related processes within a fast-moving technology environment. You will support operational workflows that help maintain reliable financial processes and a strong experience for customers and business partners. The role requires careful attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage operational tasks accurately and consistently. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain accurate information, and help keep billing activities running efficiently. Accountabilities: - Support day-to-day billing operations and help ensure billing-related processes are completed accurately and efficiently. - Review and maintain billing information, records, and operational data with a high level of attention to detail. - Investigate and help resolve billing discrepancies, exceptions, and operational issues. - Collaborate with relevant internal teams to address billing questions and ensure issues are followed through to resolution. - Help maintain consistent operational processes and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. - Manage assigned operational tasks and priorities while meeting established timelines and quality expectations. - Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive working environment by communicating clearly and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements: - Experience in billing operations, finance operations, accounts receivable, accounting support, customer operations, or a related field would be valuable. - Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to handling financial and operational information. - Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and follow issues through to resolution. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams. - Comfort working with operational systems, spreadsheets, and business tools used to manage billing or financial information. - Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment. - Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes, systems, and workflows in a fast-changing technology environment. - Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and consistent execution of operational responsibilities.
