Key Responsibilities: - Oversee national auto portfolio optimizing product strategies - Implement analytics-based and AI-supported underwriting approaches - Manage regulatory filings and compliance across Canada - Collaborate with IT and Digital teams for modernization - Develop relationships with senior leaders for strategy alignment
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance;
MBA preferred - 10+ years in Technical Insurance functions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with PI insurance and regulatory requirements - Proven leadership in managing changing priorities
