Reporting to the Corporate Chef, you will motivate and engage the culinary team while ensuring the highest standards of food quality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in culinary leadership, along with the ability to manage kitchen operations and maintain cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: • Communicate the restaurant’s vision clearly to the team • Monitor kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness • Build strong relationships with team members and management • Oversee ordering, inventory, and receiving procedures • Inspire a culture centered around culinary enjoyment

Requirements: • Proven experience in a similar culinary leadership role • Post-secondary culinary arts education or related field • Red Seal certification considered an asset • Strong business and financial acumen • Availability for evening and weekend shifts
