FutureSight Ventures is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to anchor our financial operations and support our unique venture studio model. With over 8 years of experience in finance leadership, you will oversee fund accounting, corporate compliance, and actively engage in venture spin-outs and investments. This role demands strategic vision and strong negotiation skills, especially as you collaborate with our investment team. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise monthly fund financials and reporting
• Manage cash flow with bi-weekly liquidity reviews
• Drive corporate compliance and tax scheduling
• Lead financial negotiations for venture spin-outs
• Develop and mentor the finance and accounting team

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in finance leadership roles
• Experience within venture capital environments
• Knowledge of fund accounting and financial reporting
• Expertise in compliance and corporate governance
• CPA is a mandatory requirement
