Key Responsibilities: • Develop hourly generation plans for Alberta hydro assets • Submit daily energy offers to Alberta Electric System Operator • Ensure compliance with environmental and operational regulations • Provide operational guidelines to Hydro System Control Center Operators • Support water management operations with technical advice

Requirements: • Degree in Engineering (Civil, Water Resources, or Hydrology) • Experience in water resources principles and energy markets • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SCADA systems • Prior field experience in hydro operations preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills
