Agile Program Manager Global Payments

Drive Agile programs at Global Payments through complex customization, stakeholder negotiation, and delivery oversight. Work primarily remotely within the United States.This Project Manager III role leads initiatives requiring collaboration across Software Development, Information Security, IT Development, Customer Service, and Training. You will manage new products, solutions, framework enhancements, and projects where existing functionality or road maps may be limited. The position requires sustained attention to requirements, feasibility, scope, cost, time, and quality.Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex customizations and new solution development initiativesFacilitate feasibility analysis, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solvingAnticipate issues and escalate impacts affecting project deliveryGather program sizing information and monitor accurate estimatesMentor project managers in financial and decision-making responsibilitiesRequirements:
At least eight years of relevant experience typically expectedUnderstanding of software development methodologies at a high levelTechnical knowledge needed for project responsibilitiesKnowledge or credentials involving SAFe, Agile, and PMPDegree, relevant experience, or equivalent training acceptedApply your Agile program management, technical understanding, and negotiation skills to Global Payments’ complex enterprise solutions.
