Process Improvement Engineer at TG Minto Corp

Drive process excellence as a Process Improvement Engineer at TG Minto Corporation. Enhance operational efficiency using TPS strategies in our Ontario locations. We are looking for a dedicated Process Improvement Engineer to join TG Minto Corporation. You will utilize TPS and industrial engineering practices to design and implement improvements across various production areas. This role includes conducting time studies, analyzing production flow, and leading ergonomic enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement TPS Kaizen techniques for plant-wide improvements
• Design assembly processes and work station setups
• Analyze and optimize material flows for efficiency
• Conduct time studies to improve labor efficiency
• Support continuous improvement and special projects

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering degree or relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of TPS principles
• Mechanically inclined with basic automation knowledge
• Proven analytical and leadership skills
