In this full-time position, you'll guide Auxo's AI-native fintech platform by owning the product strategy and roadmap. Collaborating closely with founders and mentoring two Product Managers, your role is central to determining product investment priorities and commercial strategies. You'll employ your experience in developing product narratives and market validation techniques to build a strong portfolio of AI products.

Key Responsibilities: • Own product strategy and roadmap for AI fintech solutions • Determine investment priorities and strategic product bets • Drive customer discovery and validate market needs • Develop compelling product positioning and value propositions • Lead portfolio expansion and explore new product opportunities

Requirements: • 7+ years in Product Management roles • 2+ years mentoring or managing Product Managers • Proven experience in SaaS or multi-product environments • Familiarity with fintech, payments, or related domains • Comfort with AI tools and rapid decision-making
