Shape payment systems as a Senior Developer specializing in Funds Transfer Management in Toronto, ON. Leverage your expertise with IBM FTM and Java to innovate banking solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to support and enhance Funds Transfer Management systems in a banking context. Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with IBM Financial Transaction Manager, Java/J2EE development, and complex enterprise environments. Understanding transaction traceability, reliability, and security are critical for successful system implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and support IBM FTM solutions in banking
- Integrate high-value payment systems and check processing
- Troubleshoot complex enterprise integration environments
- Develop applications using Java/J2EE and COBOL
- Ensure compliance with bank-grade delivery & support standards
- Extensive experience with IBM FTM and banking payments
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, COBOL, and XML
- Familiarity with enterprise databases, preferably DB2
- Comfort working in Unix/Linux environments
- Previous experience in regulated SDLC environments
