Job Title: In-Home Child Care Provider (Nanny) – NOC 44100 Location: Vancouver, BC (Downtown Vancouver) Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent – 40 hours per week Wage: $23.00 per hour Expected Start Date: As soon as possible Job Duties

• Provide full-time care for a 4-year-old child outside of his part-time preschool hours.
• Plan, organize, and lead age-appropriate early childhood educational activities, games, crafts, and play experiences.
• Support the child’s learning, development, independence, and daily routines.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, organized, and clean environment in the home.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the child.
• Support bilingual language development and cultural connection through daily German-language interaction and immersion.

Employment Requirements Language: Fluency in German is a mandatory requirement for this position in order to support the child’s heritage-language development and daily communication. English proficiency is also required. Education: An Early Childhood Education (ECE) background, certificate, or equivalent formal training in childcare is required. Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in childcare or a related field is required. Security: A criminal record check is required. Benefits
