Director of Associate Programs at RBS

Shape the future of legal professionals as the Director of Associate Programs at Richards Buell Sutton LLP in Vancouver. Drive recruitment and professional development strategies for the firm’s associates.
This role requires a full-time strategic leader passionate about enhancing associate experiences within the firm. You will manage mentorship, professional evaluations, and budgetary oversight while collaborating closely with management and team members to implement vital programs and events for associates and students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage associate training and development programs
• Drive recruitment efforts for students and associates
• Plan and organize various firm events
• Manage the professional development budget and resources
• Collaborate with management on confidential matters
Requirements:
• JD or LL.B. preferred, with a legal background
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Experience in creating and managing budgets
• Passion for mentoring and lawyer development
