Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a Front and Back of House Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers at the front end of our establishment, providing excellent service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Cross trained in Back of House role as well.
Responsibilities - Greet customers as they enter the establishment- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently- Maintain a clean and organized front end area- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications - Experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred- Knowledge of food handling and food safety practices- Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude- Proficiency in cashiering duties- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately- Hospitality or food service background is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$30.18 per hour
