- Consult on employment standards and workplace policies
- Draft comprehensive employment agreements and packages
- Represent clients in courts and human rights tribunals
- Work collaboratively on litigation and advisory matters
- Independently manage files while ensuring client satisfaction
- 5–7 years of experience in Employment Law
- Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Strong knowledge of Ontario workplace legislation
- Excellent drafting and client service abilities
- Experience with business development is a plus
