We are looking for a full-time Life Coach who is deeply committed to growth, both their own and in others’. Someone who can hold space with presence, compassion and clarity, while also bringing structure, direction, and real transformation into their work.

The Role

• Provide 1:1 life coaching sessions grounded in clarity, accountability, and forward movement
• Support clients in goal setting, mindset shifts, emotional awareness, and aligned action
• Develop and facilitate group coaching programs and workshops
• Collaborate with therapists, energy practitioners, and movement facilitators for integrated client care
• Contribute to the development of signature programs at The Practice
• Maintain client records and uphold professional and ethical standards
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and community events
• Reports directly to the head of Clinical Wellness

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 8 years of direct experience as a certified Life and/or Career Coach
• Strong ability to balance empathy with structure and accountability
• Experience working across multiple coaching modalities and approaches, including radical responsibility
• Clear understanding of the difference between coaching and therapy
• Experience supporting clients in areas such as personal growth, relationships, purpose, and career
• Comfortable leading both individual sessions and group programs
• Strong communication, presence, and emotional intelligence
• Self-led, reliable, and aligned with a growth-oriented environment
• Someone who is aligned with the values of thee Practice

Bonus Experience

• Additional certifications, trainings, or specialized modalities
• Experience or understanding of therapeutic modalities
• Background or exposure to holistic or integrative wellness practices
• Experience with program development or curriculum creation
• Previous experience in a collaborative or multi-disciplinary environment
