Curriculum Development Advisor in Ethiopia

Step into a key role as a Curriculum Development Advisor, collaborating with the Ministry of Labour and Skills in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Focus on developing high-quality training standards and curricula while addressing local labor market needs. This position requires a dedicated professional to institutionalize Competency-Based Training (CBT) and ensure alignment with international standards. • Collaborate on developing Occupational Standards and Modular Curricula
• Conduct industrial gap analyses with local leaders
• Organize DACUM workshops for curriculum development
• Transition traditional methods to Competency-Based training
• Develop assessment banks featuring diverse evaluation methods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in vocational training-related field
• 5 years in technical training leadership role
• 2 years of industry experience in a leadership capacity
• Familiarity with digital technologies in training
• Master’s degree preferred
