Automotive Regional Performance Manager

Elevate automotive finance success as a Regional Performance Manager with Safe-Guard Product International in Montreal, QC. Utilize your expertise in training and sales to enhance dealership performance and growth. The Regional Performance Manager plays a crucial role in supporting OEM relationships and retail dealerships. Collaborate with dealership staff through tailored training programs, maximizing the impact of Safe-Guard’s innovative product offerings. This position requires a blend of F&I knowledge, territory management, and strong communication to drive results across client locations. Key Responsibilities:

Build custom training programs to enhance dealership performance
Serve as a primary contact for key partners and clients
Establish a strong presence at industry events
Conduct regional training seminars for dealer staff
Partner with the Sales Management Team to boost revenue

Requirements:

6+ years in automotive retail management
2+ years in F&I experience
Proven track record in territory management and training
Bilingual in French and English
Willingness to travel at least 70%
