Work under supervision of Maintenance Chair
Routine property maintenance and repair such has basic plumbing (changing/repairing taps, toilets and sinks)
Operate hand tools
Cleaning common area keeping the site looking good and sanitary.
Monitor the boilers and check pressure daily to ensure they are functioning properly
Replenishing salt in water softener.
Yard work and snow removal operate snow blower and operate lawn-mower and riding lawn-mower.
Pay rate depending on experience.
Perfect for semi retired person or a second job.
