What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities to help clients with their insurance needs.
• Generate new business through calls, referrals, client reviews, and community involvement.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and ongoing service needs.
• Handle client concerns professionally and confidently.
• Recommend personalized insurance solutions for individuals, families, and businesses.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Participate in local events, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.

What Will Help You Succeed

• OTL Licence (required prior to start date).
• LLQP Licence obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Confidence speaking with new people and initiating conversations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn, grow, and improve.
• Comfortable working toward goals and performance targets.
• Positive team-first attitude and willingness to contribute to shared success.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
