JOB SUMMARY

Coast Spas Lifestyles is a premier hot tub, swim spa and home recreation retailer located in Langley, BC. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, including marketing, sales, customer service, customer deliveries, service and warranty, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management in a similar luxury home recreation environment, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for sales, customer service and quality workmanship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of the retail store, including marketing, sales, customer service, customer deliveries, service and warranty, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Responsible for managing in-house markeng team to develop and implement strategies to generate leads, drive traffic to the store, and manage leads.
• Work with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to convert leads into sales.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that all hot tubs, swim spas and home recreation products are delivered to customers in a timely and professional manner, and that the delivery process is smooth and hassle-free.
• Oversee the service and warranty department, ensuring that all customer service inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that the store is well-stocked with products that meet customer demand.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the store.
• Develop and maintain relaonships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to idenfy trends and opportunies for improvement.
• Develop and implement markeng strategies to promote the store and its products.

SKILLS & QUALIFIICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business administraon, markeng, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in retail management in luxury home recreaon, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the spa and hot tub industry or related manufacturing products would be very beneficial.
• Excellent communicaon and leadership skills.
• Strong analycal and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for sales, customer service quality workmanship.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes and order fulfillment strategies.

The role is based in the retail store location in Langley, BC and reports to the President & CEO of the Coast Spas Group.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
