Service Advisor / Parts Advisor
Looking for More Than Just a Service Advisor
Customer service and communication
Schedule appointments and manage repair orders
Prepare estimates and repair quotes
Order and verify correct parts
Coordinate with technicians and provide customer updates
Assist customers with accessories and aftermarket products Required Qualifications
Automotive or heavy-duty industry experience
Strong knowledge of automotive and heavy-duty vehicles
Experience quoting repairs and sourcing correct parts
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer skills, organization, attention to detail, and accountability Assets
Technician or parts experience
Shop Boss or similar software
Class 1A licence
Interest in trucks, off-road, overlanding, or aftermarket accessories About Us
