Become a Maintenance Technician at Avenue Living, where you will ensure timely maintenance and exceptional resident service. Your role will involve preparing apartments and conducting essential repairs. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with 3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance. This position requires a strong commitment to quality customer service while executing timely repairs of building systems including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. You'll also be responsible for maintaining clean and functional common areas enhancing resident living experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance work orders and resident communications
- Prepare units for occupancy through repairs and cleaning
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems
- Conduct inspections and complete routine maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate logs for repairs and inventory
- Minimum 3-5 years in maintenance or repairs
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Must have personal tools and safety equipment
- Ability to respond to emergency work orders
