The Accounts Receivable Clerk will manage invoice verification, customer payments, and reconciliation of accounts. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in accounting software to meet deadlines effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify sales invoices for compliance
- Enter payment information into the accounting system
- Process customer payments using approved methods
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with customers regarding billing issues
- Degree in accounting or related field
- Prior experience in accounts receivable preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Excellent communication skills with strong organization
