Lead enterprise SaaS negotiations at Optro as Senior Commercial Counsel, supporting West Coast sales teams with contracts and transaction guidance.This senior in-house counsel role focuses on Enterprise deals and direct customer interactions. You will negotiate subscription, data processing, partner, and vendor agreements. The position also supports internal stakeholders and executives while helping streamline contracting as Optro scales.Key Responsibilities:

8+ years of in-house transactional experience5+ years negotiating enterprise SaaS agreementsUnderstanding of the full contract lifecycleExceptional organization and attention to detailLaw license in good standing within state of residenceBring enterprise SaaS negotiation expertise and commercial judgment to Optro's expanding legal team supporting West Coast transactions.
