Customer-Focused Terminal Service Attendant

Join BC Ferries as a Terminal Service Attendant in Campbell River, ensuring exceptional customer service and safety. Engage with passengers while maintaining terminal facilities and grounds. In this casual role, you will report to the Terminal Operations Supervisor and be responsible for cleaning, providing fare information, and directing traffic. Your customer service experience will be vital in resolving inquiries and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean terminal buildings, grounds, and associated facilities
- Provide fare and schedule information to customers
- Direct vehicle and foot traffic as needed
- Inspect and assist with vessel docking and safety
- Drive fleet vehicles and manage loading/unloading duties
- One year of customer service experience
- One year of cash handling expertise with POS systems
- Class 5 or 7N Driver's Licence with a clean record
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
