Lead Operations and Site Reliability Engineer

At BMO, we seek an Operations Lead & Site Reliability Engineer with 7-10 years of IT experience. You'll monitor infrastructure, oversee daily operations, and manage incidents while enhancing team performance. Your role is vital in ensuring efficient system delivery and excellence in service support. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and restore essential services continually
Manage incident coordination and resolution
Deploy changes and support technical assistance
Provide immediate responses to production issues
Oversee testing cycles for infrastructure capabilities

Requirements:

7-10 years in IT or equivalent degree
Understand IT operations processes thoroughly
Knowledge of support and operational practices
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
