Salary or Pay Band : Pay Band 19 $45,070 to $48,290 (3 step range)

Job Description : Supervises staff and work processes of a Medical Radiation Department or a specialty unit. Performs diagnostic technical procedures utilizing radiation for the diagnosis and tracking of disease and pathology.

Experience

  • to consolidate knowledge and skills
  • with a basic knowledge of other disciplines within the department.
  • Thirty-six (36) months previous discipline-related experience

Education

  • Medical Radiologic Technology Advanced diploma

Licenses

  • Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
  • College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Professionals of Saskatchewan
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Organizational skills

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Knowledge in the operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment

Other Information

  • Registered with Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
  • Valid driver's license, where required
  • Registered with College Medical Radiation & Imaging Professionals Saskatchewan
  • Certified by Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
