Analyse complex construction risks and negotiate tailored coverage as a Senior Broker with Aon’s Construction & Infrastructure team in Toronto.This senior insurance position supports clients across project-specific and ongoing practice policies. You will assess businesses, projects and exposures, develop risk-transfer strategies, and advise on coverage structures. The work includes Builder’s Risk, Wrap-Up programmes, property, casualty and related insurance products.Key Responsibilities:
Understand client projects, businesses and risk exposuresBroking and placing construction-related insurance risksSupport property, liability, umbrella, excess and automobile policiesDeliver coverage advice and emerging-risk recommendationsMaintain accurate documentation within established timelinesRequirements:
Approximately five or more years of insurance experienceExperience placing or underwriting construction insuranceUnderstanding of project and ongoing practice policiesAbility to analyse complex risks practicallyStrong negotiation, decision-making and communication skillsUse construction risk analysis, coverage knowledge and client advice to deliver responsive insurance solutions through Aon in Toronto.
