Lead refinery-wide training and continuous improvement at Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, Saskatchewan, working on-site across critical operations support functions.As Senior Manager, Refinery Operations Support, you will lead Process Training, Process Continuous Improvement, and Process Scheduling teams. Your work supports safe, reliable, and efficient refinery operations through operational leadership, safety compliance, emergency preparedness, and sustainable improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Lead training, scheduling, improvement, emergency preparedness, and support teamsChampion operating procedures, incident investigations, and emergency readinessDrive cross-functional improvements that enhance productivity and reliabilityCoordinate site-wide programs, training, and change management activitiesOversee corrective actions, lessons learned, and post-event reviewsRequirements:
10+ years in an industrial or production environmentFormal leadership and continuous improvement or transformation experienceDiploma, degree, or certificate in a related fieldAbility to build relationships and collaborate across teamsAbility to influence others toward alignment and resultsApply refinery operations leadership, safety expertise, and continuous improvement experience to strengthen CRC performance in Regina.
