Director of Digital Product - Scotia Protect

Lead the Scotia Protect Platform as the Director of Digital Product Owner at Scotiabank. This role is pivotal in delivering scalable digital solutions across International Banking markets. As the Director, you will own the ScotiaProtect Platform roadmap, aligning strategic priorities with market needs. Your leadership will influence adoption, delivery governance, and the evolution of the platform to meet regulatory requirements. You will engage across teams, driving results through collaboration and effective management of product backlog and deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the ScotiaProtect Platform roadmap
- Manage product backlog, balancing value and needs
- Define success measures for platform growth
- Collaborate on deployment strategies and customer journeys
- Lead platform governance from planning to delivery
- 10+ years in digital product management
- Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
