Lead a vibrant retail team at Ardene as a Full-Time Assistant Manager. Drive sales, inspire your team, and ensure exceptional customer service while embracing fashion retail. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving employee performance. Your leadership will ensure efficient operations, quality customer service, and adherence to company culture. This role requires you to oversee store operations, maintain cleanliness, and coach your team effectively to promote growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement store strategies for sales and profit goals
- Supervise store operations, including opening and closing
- Provide exemplary customer service and team coaching
- Process transactions accurately at the register
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Capacity to lift boxes up to 30 pounds
