Are you a go-getter with a passion for perfecting the art of food prep? The Rocky Mountain Bagel Company is seeking a full-time Food Prep Team Member to join our ever-growing bagel family! As a Food Prep Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our two Canmore locations are stocked with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From chopping veggies to whipping up our famous freshly squeezed orange juice and lemonade, your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a clean and organized workspace will be essential to our operation.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, vision, and values of the Rocky Mountain Bagel Co.
• Prepares food stock preparation according to prep list by washing and chopping vegetables, so they can be prepped and easily accessible.
• Portions fresh food ingredients accordingly in food safe storage containers, and ensures no product overflow.
• Labels all product clearly and concisely to maintain a system of coordination and organization.
• Stores all food safe containers in an organized manner on dedicated shelves and ensure they are organized and easily accessible.
• Prepares fresh lemonade and orange juice daily by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
• Communicates information to supervisors and managers so that the team can respond accordingly.
• Responsible for keeping stores in a clean and orderly condition, by performing cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, restrooms, machinery, and wiping down surface areas.
• Ensures the cleanliness and sanitization of dishware through manual and machine cleaning methods.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance standards so that the team can operate efficiently and effectively.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Follows all store operating policies and standards, including providing quality products, cash handling and store safety and security.
• Must hold a full valid Alberta Diver's License for deliveries between store locations in company vehicle.
• Available to perform other duties within the store during each shift as assigned

• Ability to build relationships
• Valid Alberta Driver's License (required for inter-store deliveries)
