Due to current growth and new upcoming real estate development project phases, we are looking to secure an experienced Financial Relationship Manager to join our head office team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

· Work closely with the President and CEO in the preparation of loan documentation packages to be submitted to third party lending institutions for approval on project financing

· Advise internal leadership on the best course of action and approach to maximize the potential for desired loans and project financing to be awarded

· Work with third party lenders / underwriters to liaise on all required documentation, correspondence and collaboration regarding the loan application submission and approval processes

· Work collaboratively with the internal finance and accounting, real estate development, and construction teams to ensure accurate and timely collection and provision of required information and materials to third party lenders

· All other related duties as required

The successful candidate will possess the following:

· 5-10 years of experience working in a commercial brokerage or lending institution in a dedicated broker position, with direct experience soliciting loans and communicating directly with financial institutions, family offices, and direct lenders

· Direct experience in residential construction underwriting and draw financing

· Strong leadership skills and initiative

· Can-do attitude

· Work well in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Exceptional problem-solving skills

· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Strong verbal and written business communication skills

· The ability to work independently to prioritize conflicting deadlines
