What You’ll Do

Drive Facility Launch: Help set up, organize, and continuously optimize our brand-new building to establish peak operational flow.

Orchestrate Material Handling: Safely and efficiently operate equipment to move, stack, and store inventory across the site.

Hit Daily Targets: Maintain a clean, organized work zone while collaborating directly with your team to hit daily production goals.

What We’re Looking For

Industry Experience: Bring 1–2 years of practical warehouse or logistics experience.

Equipment Mastery: Possess 1+ years of hands-on experience operating a Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie.

Active Certifications: Hold valid external licenses for Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie operations.

Immediate Availability: Stand ready to start immediately upon hire to support critical launch operations.

Reliable Commute: Maintain a reliable personal vehicle to guarantee strict daily punctuality and attendance.

Professional Ethic: Demonstrate exceptional attendance, an uncompromising commitment to safety, and a positive, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Reach Truck, walkie and dock stocker to move home improvement products throughout the warehouse.
Perform precise put-away and retrieval of pallets in narrow-aisle, high-racking systems.
Use RF scanners to track inventory and make sure all product counts are 100% accurate.
Transport goods from the receiving dock to their proper storage locations efficiently.
Perform quick, daily safety inspections on your Reach Truck before your shift starts.

Qualifications
Valid Reach Truck/Dock stocker/ Walkie Forklift license
At least 1 to 2 years of solid experience driving a Reach Truck/Walkie/dock stocker in a busy warehouse environment.
Must own and wear CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and maintaining focus during high-rack maneuvers.
Ready to commit to a steady, long-term role.
