Lead Aritzia's Research & Insights team in Vancouver, focusing on strategic growth and actionable consumer insights. Drive research initiatives that influence key business decisions and explore market trends. As the Director of Research & Insights, you will play a vital role in supporting corporate objectives and guiding your team toward excellent employee experiences. This senior role demands strong experience in market research and the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape Aritzia’s understanding of consumers and the market landscape. Key Responsibilities: • Lead daily operations to support corporate strategies • Translate external research into strategic business insights • Anticipate trends in retail and the consumer market • Build partnerships to enhance the Research & Insights function • Support team development for career progression Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field • Proven experience in market research and insights • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to lead and influence teams • Commitment to Aritzia's values and business principles Shape Aritzia's growth by providing consumer insights and strategic direction in a vibrant work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
