Refinery Operations Senior Supervisor at Cenovus

Become a key player at Cenovus as a Senior Supervisor in Refinery Operations located in Lloydminster. This role demands strong leadership and a commitment to safety and efficiency. As part of the operations team, you'll report directly to the Operations Superintendent. Your main duties will include guiding operational processes, driving a culture of zero incidents, and managing a team to meet production targets. You will also lead initiatives for emergency preparedness and oversee crucial shift transitions. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion safety and environmental excellence
- Manage daily and weekly production goals
- Oversee operational work processes for compliance
- Lead emergency preparedness and response initiatives
- Collaborate with teams on process optimization
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- 10+ years of relevant Operations experience
- 3rd Class Power Engineering certification required
- Previous refinery leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations
