Director Financial Reporting And Controls

Lead IFRS reporting and internal controls at Clutch while building accurate financial statements and IPO-ready finance foundations. This is a full-time leadership role.As Director, Financial Reporting, you will report to the Corporate Controller and lead the reporting cycle, technical accounting, and external audit readiness. The role covers monthly, quarterly, and annual close, financial systems evolution, and cost and inventory accounting. You will help establish NI52-109 readiness while supporting Clutch’s planned public-company preparation.Key Responsibilities:
Run monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesDeliver financial statements and supplementary financial informationDesign internal-control, risk-management, and policy frameworksLead external audits and statutory reporting relationshipsOwn cost and inventory accounting accuracyRequirements:
CPA with 8-10+ years’ progressive accounting leadershipRequired Big Four experienceCommand of IFRS and complex technical accountingExperience strengthening controls and implementing financial systemsDeep manufacturing or complex supply-chain experienceBring IFRS, controls, audit, and technical accounting leadership to Clutch’s growing finance organization and public-company readiness.
