Location: Toronto, Ontario | Status: Six (6) Full‑time Permanent | Salary Range: Corporate Service Clerk I $42,250 – $51,750; Corporate Service Clerk II $49,500 – $60,500. Closing Date: May 31, 2026.

We are ESC, an experienced provider that delivers solutions in public records data, customer authentication, corporate services, collateral management, asset recovery, and accounts receivable management supporting registration, due diligence, and lending practices of clients across Canada.

Overview

We are hiring up to six Corporate Services Clerks to support our continued growth. Internally, titles may vary: Land Services Admin Clerk (Level 2), Search & Registration Clerk (Level 2), Corporate Services Clerk II (Level 3). We recruit for two full‑time shifts, Monday through Friday, with a hybrid remote schedule: Shift A (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) and Shift B (12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.). All candidates must be available for the 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. shift for training during the first months.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide assistance to clients in ordering searches including securities, PPSA, litigation, corporate searches, and NUANS requests.
  • Help ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly, focusing on order fulfillment and meeting service level agreements.
  • Treat level one client escalations in your subject area.
  • Answer phone calls from clients, explain services offered and related fees.
  • Provide support on our online platforms.
  • Follow up files sent to ministries and agents.
  • Invoice services rendered by the department.
  • Build deep knowledge of services offered by other departments, including National Land Title Registry Searches and PPSA / NOSI processes.

What You’ll Need

Corporate Services Clerk II (Level 3)

  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent, plus 3–5 years experience in an office or legal environment.
  • Experience with PPSA, corporate, and land title registry is an asset.

Corporate Services Clerk I (Level 2)

  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years experience in an office or legal environment.
  • Experience with PPSA, corporate, and land title registry is an asset.

  • Problem‑solving skills to investigate issues and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
  • Ability to work with accuracy under pressure while handling high volumes of requests.
  • Technical aptitude to learn and navigate online platforms and registry systems.
  • Collaboration and teamwork to support operational workflows and cross‑department coordination.
